Additional note from Sponsor regarding I-864 – Affidavit of Support
To Whom it May Concern:
I fully understand and accept the liabilities and responsibilities I’m undertaking by signing the attached 864 Affidavit of Support. I understand that I am financially responsible for the applicant, and that by signing this affidavit, my responsibility continues until she can acquire 40 hours (forty 3 month quarters, approximately 10 years) of work experience here in the United States. I also understand that it remains my responsibility to notify USCIS of any address changes immediately (within 30 days) throughout the duration of my obligation.
